Water based ALVAN, Façade Texture Paint is used to create various, beautiful, durable and rapid rendered texture finish on all interior and exterior surfaces such as plaster, cement, brick, composition panels, and wood ( Home, villas, hospitals, hotels, function halls, restaurants, shopping centers, … )

Information

key benefits	1. For exterior and interior use. 2. Dilutable with water, no unpleasant odor during application. 3. Environmental friendly. 4. Suitable dry time so, the user can apply favorite designs on it easily. 5. No special training needed. 6. Colors are available based on the catalog. 7. Can be tinted with ALVAN acrylic colorant or ALVAN universal colorant according to the user favorites. 8. All solvent based and water based paints like gloss and matt alkyd enamel, vinyl emulsion, acrylic latex paints, etc can be applied on it.
Surface Preparation	Surface should be washed by water to be cleaned from any dust, grease and oil stains. Remove all old flaking paints before painting. Use brush to clear any saltpeter on the surfaces. Cement surfaces must be cleaned by water jet for a clear surface of loose particles and dust. The surface should be completely dry before applying the Alvan, Façade Texture Paint.

How to Apply	1- Applying a layer of START LATEX AND FAÇADE SEALER (ALCO- 3307) prior to Alvan, Façade Texture Paint is necessary before painting on all interior and exterior surfaces. START, special sealer (ALCO- 3307 ), acts as filler & sealer of the cracks, and increase adhesion and absorption ability for a durable Texture finish. Alvan, Façade Texture Paint is ready to apply; however it may be diluted with 5% of water (by weight). 2- The recommended temperature for applying and painting this product is above 10⁰ C, surface temperature of 3⁰ above the dew point and the humidity less than 80%. 3- To apply Alvan, Façade Texture Paint, it is necessary to use a texture roller to achieve the desired designs. 4- This product is quite durable and resistant to atmospheric elements, however to enable the finished layer lasts longer and if shinning the finish layer is desired, it is recommended to apply a layer of SHINY lacquer with the desired , available sheen on the finish film.
Cleaning Up	Clean your hands and the painting tools with white spirit thinner and dry the tools immediately. Follow the safety instructions of the white spirit`s manufacturer.
Safety & Storage Recommendations	Store the paint in a cool, well-ventilated area; keep the paint container in sealed condition under shed, away from direct sunlight. This product must be protected from frost. It is recommended to use this product within 24 months from the production date. Ensure good ventilation during application. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin. When painting, it is advisable to wear eye protection. In case of eye contacts, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If swallowed seek medical advice.
